Rules & Instructions to Appear in Online Quiz

🔹 Before the Quiz (Preparation)

1. Stable Internet Connection
   
   

   • Ensure you have a reliable internet connection (Wi-Fi preferred).
     
     

   • Avoid mobile data if the signal is weak.
     
     

2. Device Readiness
   
   

   • Use a laptop/desktop if possible; mobile phones may cause display or login issues.
     
     

   • Ensure your device is fully charged or connected to power.
     
     

3. Browser & Cache
   
   

   • Use Google Chrome or another updated browser.
     
     

   • Clear cache/cookies before starting the quiz.
     
     

   • Close all other tabs & applications to avoid lagging.
     
     

4. Login Credentials
   
   

   • Keep your Gmail/Quiz login credentials ready.
     
     

   • Log in at least 10 minutes before the quiz start time.
     
     

5. Environment
   
   

   • Sit in a quiet place, free from disturbance.
     
     

   • Keep required stationery (pen/paper) for rough work handy.
     
     

🔹 During the Quiz (Important Rules)

6. One Device Only
   
   

   • Attempt the quiz only on one device/browser.
     
     

   • Multiple logins may lead to automatic disqualification.
     
     

7. Do Not Refresh/Back
   
   

   • Do not refresh the page or press the Back button while attempting.
     
     

   • This may cause loss of progress or auto-submission.
     
     

8. Time Limit
   
   

   • The quiz is time-bound. Keep an eye on the timer.
     
     

   • Once time is over, the quiz will auto-submit.
     
     

9. No Switching Tabs/Apps
   
   

   • Avoid switching between tabs or minimizing the browser.
     
     

   • The system may record suspicious activity.
     
     

10. Technical Issues
    
    

• In case of internet failure or sudden logout, re-login immediately using the same Gmail ID.
  
  

• Your responses are usually auto-saved, but time lost will not be compensated.
  
  

🔹 After the Quiz

11. Submission
    
    

• Ensure you click on “Submit” before closing the browser.
  
  

• Wait for the confirmation message “Your response has been recorded.”
  
  

12. Do Not Refresh After Submission
    
    

• Once submitted, do not press refresh/back.
  
  

• You may take a screenshot of the confirmation for proof.

• For any type of Technical Error / Problem  Faculty is NOT responsible , and No Query will be Accepted Regarding This . Prize  will be awarded according to same.
